Yes, at Boulevard Diamonds, we strictly adhere to the Kimberley Process to ensure that all our diamonds are conflict-free and ethically sourced from reputable suppliers.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently offer secure, insured shipping across North America. For inquiries regarding international delivery to other regions, please contact our concierge team for a custom quote.
What is your return policy for jewelry and watches?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and certificates included. Please note that custom-engraved pieces are final sale.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
All timepieces purchased through Boulevard Diamonds come with a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty, covering internal movements and manufacturing defects.
Can I get my ring resized after purchase?
We offer one complimentary resizing for most standard gold and platinum rings within 60 days of purchase. Some eternity bands and specific metals may not be resizable.
